A Smart Phone App for family members and caregivers that allows 24/7 online access to daily progress in therapy. SelectConnect has become incredibly valuable during the pandemic, as the only App in the industry to provide real time results to families by directly transferring the individual’s progress from the therapy EMR. Communication with families allows Select’s Person-Centered Care Approach to produce significant functional gains during therapy and smooth transitions back to the community.
